These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as 'GTC') define the terms and conditions of sale, payment, delivery, warranty, and right of withdrawal for products sold on the transplantation-arbres.fr website.

Sales Modalities

The essential characteristics of the products are available on the website of ASC. The products are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, prices are not displayed online and are only available upon request. If errors or omissions occur in this presentation, the responsibility of ASC cannot be engaged.

Payment Conditions

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Payment information is secured and encrypted to ensure transaction security. In case of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with the legislation in force.

Delivery

Products can be delivered according to two options: CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) or DIF (Delivered In Full). With the CIF option, we cover the costs, insurance, and transportation to the port of destination, providing more security and peace of mind. With the DIF option, we take care of the complete delivery of the product to your address, from shipment to receipt. Delivery times are indicative and non-contractual. In case of delivery delay, the client will be informed by email as soon as possible. ASC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply in case of misuse or negligent maintenance of the product by the customer. In addition to the legal warranties, the products may benefit from additional warranties provided by the manufacturer [One-year warranty after arrival at the destination port.].
